Invopop streamlines Sales Tax/VAT compliance for companies globally, by delivering a unified solution through its API.

Co-founded by Sam and Juan, Invopop aims to simplify Sales Tax/VAT compliance on a global scale. With increasing demands from tax authorities worldwide for real-time reporting of every sale, Invopop offers a single API for comprehensive compliance via automated electronic invoicing.

The API receives sale information in a straightforward, open-source format and converts it into a locally-compliant invoice, complete with syncing to tax authority reporting requirements, custom-branded PDF invoicing, and integration with a company's existing systems (e.g. ERP, billing, payments, reconciliation). Invopop is currently available in Colombia, Spain, and Portugal, with plans to expand to Mexico, Italy, and Peru and future locations.
The concept for Invopop arose from the challenges faced by Sam in complying with e-invoicing requirements while serving as the CTO of Cabify, and Juan's firsthand experience with the complexities of e-invoicing systems as a consultant in Mexico.
Recognizing the growing demand for such solutions, they founded Invopop to offer a global solution to these compliance headaches.
