Current voice AI solutions are either outdated or developer focused. With Leaping AI, they target medium to larger sized businesses that want to have a cutting-edge solution, yet don’t have significant developer resources and want an easy to use platform.
The Solution
Leaping AI allows the deployment of powerful human-like voice AI agents for any customer support and sales support use case. There is a simple user interface to set up multi-stage agents with simple English prompt instructions for behavior and transitions. Agents can speak in multiple languages (English, German, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) and be plugged into your infrastructure with API connectors. All the calls are recorded and can be listened to and analyzed in their platform.
Leaping voice AI agents self-improve
Previously, they spent hundreds of hours together with their clients on manually listening to / evaluating calls and testing new prompts. Now, the agent autonomously performs post-call analysis, changes itself and runs A/B tests to improve prompting! They are seeing real day-on-day improvement on the rate of call transfers to humans while being fully hands off!

They have been live with the product for a couple of months and currently power thousands of calls daily.
Some success stories:
- They are working with Hawesko, Germany’s largest wine merchant. They historically had >100 human agents and they are now taking 100% of incoming customer support calls for one of their brands (>1.000 calls per day). In select use cases such as wine purchasing, their voice AI agents have been able to autonomously conduct 70% of conversations without any human call transfer.
- For another retailer, they ran an outbound campaign on around 1.000 leads that did not complete the onboarding process. Within a week, they were able to convert 30% of leads contacted. When this retailer did similar campaigns in the past with human agents, they achieved the same result, but it took them 5 weeks.
- They are working with a Jamaican BPO call center that does Affordable Care Act (ACA) inbound / outbound pre-qualification calls. They are now doing >5.000 calls a day for them with their voice AI agents, taking over pre-qualification and handing over only pre-qualified customers to human agents – saving 1 minute per call on every call.
