Team/Origin Story

During his years as a finance director for startups, Joseph lived the revenue operations nightmare firsthand. His days were consumed with juggling dozens of different apps – one for contracts, another for invoicing, yet another for payment tracking, and endless spreadsheets to tie it all together.

The "solution" was always to hire more FTEs to manage the chaos, but that just shifted the burden of wrestling with broken processes to someone else.

Teaming up with his childhood friend Bailey, who had been building AI Agents for the past 2 years, they recognized this wasn't just their problem – it's a universal pain for any company with contracts that need to get paid.
