What Does a Fondo Customer Success Manager Do?

The Fondo Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the main point of contact for our clients. CSMs are responsible for ensuring that our customers have a seamless and delightful experience, from onboarding to achieving their "End Goal." Team members are experts at tailoring solutions to meet each business's unique needs, managing client communications, understanding customer goals, and providing solutions to their challenges.
